JUST IRIS is a US/Europe-based electronic music producer and DJ whose sound merges rhythmic complexity with emotional depth. With a foundation in classical piano and perfect pitch, she brings a refined musical sensibility to a genre-blending style that incorporates elements of UK Garage, Breakbeat, Electronica, IDM, Melodic House & Techno, Organic House, Downtempo, and Experimental music.

Born in China and trained as a classical pianist for over 14 years by her piano professor mother Regina, and having lived in California for 7 years and studied BFA in Fashion for 3 years, now residing in Berlin/Milan - Iris’s global background rooted in classical music & fashion deeply informs her multidisciplinary artistic perspective.

 

Her productions are defined by intricate rhythmic structures, dynamic contrasts, and textural richness—crafted to resonate both on the dance floor and in introspective listening environments.

 

Since the beginning of her music production journey just over 1.5 years ago, Iris has rapidly developed a distinctive sound identity, drawing recognition from respected industry figures for her emotionally resonant and forward-thinking sound. Drawing from her academic background in fashion design, she also places a strong emphasis on visual storytelling and artistic direction, which will be central to her future releases and performances. 

 

With her debut track “Invisible Hug” on HABITAT and numerous original projects in development, JUST IRIS is positioned as a compelling new voice in the next wave of boundary-pushing electronic artists—driven by innovation, authenticity, and a commitment to long-term creative evolution.
